The first thing you should know is here at the 50 Years Young Community we don't enforce diets. This isn't a Weight Watchers or Slimming World club. 

What we do instead is encourage each other to introduce Healthy Eating over time, not quick fix diets. Introducing the body and mind to the right foods over time and cutting back or removing unhealthy choices improves longevity in Weight Loss.

The most important thing is we introduce and encourage good Nutrition and explain how eating the right type of foods can not only improve Weight Loss but create positive Mental Health, reduce Anxiety, improve your Immune system and create positive moods by increasing the production of serotonin, the HAPPY chemical in our bodies.
