Alpine climbs.

About 18 years ago Me and the Bro climbed the north face of Les Courtes, Chamonix, French Alps. Setting off at 1am we climbed for 15 hours, reaching the summit around 4pm. Realising it would be too dangerous to descend the south side due to avalanches we sat there until midnight waiting for a water drop to stop and freeze. This told us it was cold enough to get down. We arrived at the Mont Envers train station on the Mer De Glacé at 8am, tired, exhausted but brimming with life. (PS. We did both fall asleep over the gas cooker and nearly set fire to ourselves at 4am but that's another story) Where did my passion start? In the Brecon Beacons.
